We created a private cellar in the property to satisfy your senses with some of the best Greek vineyard varieties and wines. There you can see and hand pick the wine that you would like to taste. Find below the complete list of wines offered at the property. White wines 1. Alpha Estate - Alfa 2017  Dry, Still, White, Sauvignon blanc, Drink it now, 13% alc. Crispy and well structured, reminding the nose aromas with a hint of lime. A richly textured wine with superb length and balance. A classy wine with long finish and persistent aromas. Alpha Estate Sauvignon Blanc accompanies perfectly a huge range of “fruit de mer” dishes, grilled fishes, eastern gastronomy and pastas. 2. Lantides Estate – Anosis 2017  Dry, Still, White, Moshofilero, Drink it now, 12% alc. Pretty typical white wine from the popular variety Moschofilero. The floral aromas on the nose, and the delightful flavors and refreshing acidity in the mouth make it a nice option for fans of the beloved Greek white variety. 3. Alpha Estate - Malagouzia 2017 Dry, Still, White, Malagouzia, Drink it now, 13% alc. The ‘new kid on the block’ in terms of exciting varietals, Malagouzia from Alpha estate is appealing due to its stone fruit, botanical and flowery character, being a great alternative to international aromatic grape varieties. 4. Vivlia Chora Estate - White 2017  Dry, Still, White, Sauvignon Blanc, Assyrtiko, Drink it now, 13.5% alc. Favorite white wine with exotic features that give it a new-Kosmitis profile. Intense herbal and botanical aromas combined with excellent acidity make it highly versatile in combination with food, but also very enjoyable. 5. Torres – Vina Esmeralda 2017  Off dry, White, Moschatel de Alejandria, Gewόrztraminer, Drink it now, 11.5% alc. Vina Esmeralda is a delicate and very aromatic white wine from Catalonia produced by Bodegas Torres. Even though this wine is made in Spain, the variety used, Moschatel de Alejandria , is greek. The varieties used give wines with more flavour and delicacy. 6. Gaia Estate – Genesis White  Dry, Mild, White, Sauvignon Blanc, Roditis, Drink it now, 13% alc. The white from the Genesis series, the basic series, of the Kechri winery! An incredibly juicy and delicious blend of Sauvignon Blanc (60%) and Rhoditis (40%) of selected vineyards in Goumenissa. Red wines 1. Palivos Estate - Terra Leone, Ammos Reserve 2015  Dry, Still, Red, Agiorgitiko, Ages well, 14% alc. Dense and rich red wine, which has benefited particularly from his time in barrel. Robust wine with full tannins, showing in practice the incredible power scope and quality of the variety of Agiorgitiko. 2. Avantis Estate - Syrah 2015  Dry, Still, Red, Syrah, Ages well, 14% alc. A wine-Greek school in Syrah. Dark, full and tannic, with rich and spicy aromaticity. It will leave fans of strong red wine more than satisfied ! 3. Alfa Estate – Alfa Red  Dry, Red, Syrah 60%, Xinomavro 20%, Merlot 20%. Ages well, 14% alc. Pairing harmoniously with juicy red meats, venison, barbecued or spicy cooked. Meat pies as well. Paired with aromatic-piquant cheeses assures another intriguing suggestion.  4. Lantides Estate - Nemea 2016  Dry, Still, Red, Agiorgitiko, Keep for 2-3 years, 13% alc. Typical red wine of Nemea is correctly ease and friendliness of the wines of the region. It is characterized by aromas of dark fruit on the nose and similar flavors in the mouth, with a good balance of acidity and tannins. 5. Estate Theodorakakos - Mavroudi 2012 Dry, Still, Red, Mavroudi, Drink it now, 13% alc. With beautiful, ripe ruby ??color suggests the fullness of the wine, very interesting nose with aromas of apple, cinnamon, and conveyed to the mouth with a stylish rigor, fine acidity and well structured tannins, seeking meat, good course, is wine will take off a light tasty meat and baked or grilled. 6. Gaias Estate – Red  Dry, Red, Agiorgitiko, Ages well, 14,5% alc. This wine has a deep red-black color, complex and high intense aromatic profile with elements of fruit, wood, vanilla and carnation. Mouth filling, volume, body, structure and flavor complement the character of this unusual Nemea. 7. Kechris Estate – Genesis Red  Semi dry, Red, Xinimavro, Merlot, ages well, 13,5% alc. The red, medium sweet wine is a typical greek wine. Its aromatic, fruity palette is completed with a rich and elegant taste, smooth tannins and a sweetness that combines pleasantly with sparkling acidity. 8. Kir Giannis Estate – Kali Riza 2016  Dry, Still, Red, Xinomavro, Ages well, 13% alc. Having 'understand' fully Xinomavro, the next step for the Kir-Yianni winery seems to be exploring and celebrating diversity through the different available 'terroirs'. The Good Root is not another 'Ramnista', but one different from old vines Xinomavro Amyntaio, more lightweight body, plenty of data for a variety of fruit, less tannin and more 'finesse' rather than 'power'. Rose wines 1. Kir Yiannis Estate - L’ Esprit du Lac 2017  Dry, Still, Rose, Xinomavro, Keep for 2-3 years, 12.5% alc. We know that Xinomavro in Amyndeo can give refreshing and very pleasant rosι wines, let alone when it bears the signature of the Estate Kir-Yianni. Here we have the second tranquil and dry rose wine from the Estate, where excellent grapes from old vineyards at an altitude of 600 meters are selected for its production. 2. Lantides Estate – 5 Sences  Semi-dry, Rose, Agiorgitiko, Drink it now, 12% alc. This semi-dry rose wine has a bright color and smells fresh fruit, cinnamon and flowers. It's a wine with balanced sweetness, light and pleasant. Sweet Wines 1. Estate Argyros - Vinsanto 4 years 2010  Sweet, Still, White, Aidani, Assyrtiko, Athiri, Ages well, 13.5% alc. The popular and award-winning label Vinsanto is a constant value in Greek sweet wines. Beautiful, warm sweetness balanced by excellent acidity, leading to a great sweet wine with a very distinctive profile. 2. Samos Vin Doux 2016  Sweet, Still, White, Moshato Samou, Ages well, 15% alc. Favorite sweet and expressive wine from Samos. It shows all the typical dynamic range, whipping up beautifully scented toys mentioning fragrant flowers and ripe summer fruit. 3. Spiliopoulos Estate – Nyx  Sweet, Still, Red, Mavrodaphni of Patras, Ages well, 15% alc. A blend of mavrodaphne and korinthiaki grapes from the hills of Patras. An odd brown colour with a hint of dark ruby at the centre: the appearance is slightly reminiscent of a very old Burgundy.   You could also try our assorted variety of red and white wines  or our own house wine. Tsipouro and ouzo are also chilling and waiting for you to try. If you are in a mood for bubbles then you should try a bottle of Procecco, or even a Moet champagne. Our Chef remains at your disposal to propose the right wine or spirit to compliment your meal.
