THREE DAY CORPORATE RETREAT
Departure Friday morning - Return Sunday afternoon. You can choose between our two packages or make the program of your wish with you according to your goals and needs. Release & Recharge Experience Activity aimed at unloading and relieving stress with Yoga and Mindfulness activities, Stress Management workshop, daily massage sessions and Detox special diet. This program includes: Stress Management workshop 2-3 hours Daily Yoga & Mindfulness Sessions 2-3 hours / day Daily massage sessions Hike to History: Hiking and guided tour of the ancient temple of "Karthea" with an educational insight to the history of Kea. The Team Bonding Experience An activity that aims to bring the team together, to create ties and a sense of common goal and vision, through team activities and games (tennis, battlefield etc), Communication & Teamwork Workshop and daily massage sessions. This program includes: Communication & Teamwork workshop: 2-3 hours Daily group activities 2-3 hours Daily massage sessions Hike to History: Hiking and guided tour of the ancient temple of "Karthea" with an educational insight to the history of Kea. During the 3-day period, the villa chef and his assistant prepare special meals for detoxification and well-being, based on Mediterranean cuisine and nutrition. In addition the pachage includes: Ferry tickets to and from Kea Transfer to and from Nomios Villa Transfer to Karthea for hiking Full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner), cared by the chef of Nomios Villa Free meal on the day of departure at Kea's restaurant Use of Hamam (within Nomios facilities) Daily cleaning
